travel + code, based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement. Questions or requests regarding your data: hello@travelcode.ai.

What we process, and why

When you submit the contact form we process your name, work email address, company name and, if provided, your phone number and message. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to prepare a possible engagement. The legal basis is your request prior to entering into an agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not make automated decisions.

Retention

We keep inquiry data no longer than necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless an engagement follows.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses one preference cookie (to remember your cookie choice) and, only after your consent, one anonymous cookie used to count daily visits. Visitor statistics are aggregate counts per day and language. We do not build visitor profiles and use no third-party tracking or advertising cookies. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Form submissions are stored in encrypted form and notification emails are delivered through our email provider. Appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply to all providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email us at hello@travelcode.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
